Please be advised that sewage line construction will take place near the hotel during the period below.
There may be slight disruptions to pedestrian and vehicle traffic around the hotel. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your kind understanding.

Area: From Sannomiya East Intersection to in front of BRENZA HOTEL

Location: Intersection on the east side of Mint Kobe
Period: October 2026 – March 2027 (Scheduled)
Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Next morning)
*Noise and work vehicles may be present during construction hours.
■ Access to the Hotel
Construction equipment and temporary fencing may partially block the view of the hotel entrance or temporarily narrow pedestrian paths.
Traffic controllers will be stationed near the entrance. If you need assistance finding your way, please follow their guidance.
Surrounding routes may be subject to temporary detours or traffic restrictions.
The hotel remains fully open and accessible throughout the construction period.
■ Guests Arriving by Train
(Hanshin, Subway, Port Liner, JR, and Hankyu Lines)
Please refer to the route map above for directions from each station.
For guests using the Hanshin Electric Railway, Exit A23 offers the most convenient route.
■ Guests Arriving by Car
Hotel parking remains available during the construction period.
A minimum width of 3 meters required for access to the parking entrance will be maintained; however, you may experience brief delays depending on construction traffic.
Work will be carried out with safety as the utmost priority. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
